Carlos Vélez-Ibáñez

Vélez-Ibáñez is Motorola Presidential Professor of Neighborhood Revitalization, director of the School of Transborder Studies and a professor in the School of Human Evolution and Social Change at Arizona State University. He is the author of "An Impossible Living in a Transborder World."
