We invite you to be an Exhibitor at the 2013 Tucson Festival of Books on Saturday, March 9, thru Sunday, March 10, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.!
Exhibitors range from booksellers and publishers to retailers, educational and community organizations.
Exhibitors are a key attraction during the Festival. More than 120,000 attendees at the 2012 Festival had a chance to visit some 275 booths arrayed along the University of Arizona Mall.
Exhibitor registration is available online! Here are the easy steps to follow:
- Step 1: Fill out our online entry form via the link below , which will walk you through the options available. All Festival communication is via e-mail, so please be sure to enter your current e-mail address when registering!
- Step 2: Upon submitting your application, you must pay in full in order to secure your booth! Booth pricing is based upon whether the Exhibitor is a Standard Business (For-Profit) or Non-Profit. You may pay online by credit card or by check via U.S. mail; follow the instructions on your invoice. Payment made after Nov. 30 has an increased pricing tier. The final deadline for exhibitor registration and payment is Dec. 15, 2012.
- Step 3: After your full payment is received, your exhibitor information will appear "live" in the Festival's web site and mobile app. Your information will also be printed in the special Festival Guide available at the Festival and published by the Arizona Daily Star.
What does your Exhibitor package include? - Regular 10' x 10' booth open on front; covered, with vinyl side and back walls, one 6' table and two folding chairs.
- Corner 10' x 10' booth located on a corner, open on front and side; covered with vinyl side and back walls, two 6' tables and four folding chairs.
- You are welcome to order multiple booths which will be joined together - multiple 10' x 10' booths can include one (or two) corners plus adjacent regular booth(s).
- Your booth's sign banner featuring your company name. If you are a returning Exhibitor, the Festival will provide your sign that you used previously.
- Exhibitor listing on the Festival's web site and mobile app and in the printed Festival Guide including link to your website and optional information about author signings.
- One Exhibitor parking pass per 10' x 10' booth for special Exhibitor parking on the University of Arizona campus.
- One Loading placard per 10' x 10' booth for assigned load-in and load-out.
- Electrical power for service to your booth(s) can be purchased for additional fee.
- You will receive your booth number and final Festival information approximately two weeks prior to the Festival.
What are other important details? - If you want multiple booths including a corner location, please purchase corner booth(s) + additional booth(s) so that your total order equals the number of booths desired. For instance, 3 Non-Profit booths including one corner equals 1 x Non-Profit / Corner Booth @ $545 + 2 x Non-Profit Booths @ $395 each = $1,335 total.
- Other equipment and services, such as additional tables, chairs and electrical outlets, can be available at additional cost by advance arrangement.

- ALL SERVICES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY DECEMBER 15, 2012. Your invoice serves as verification of payment - the Festival does not provide further acknowledgement of payment.
- Returning 2012 Exhibitors who request their same location for 2013 will be provided priority assignment wherever possible. Exhibitor booths are otherwise assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Location assignments by the Festival are final. Exhibitors may not relocate themselves.
- In February, you will receive a log-in and password that will enable you to add information about optional author signings at your booth.
