Stuart Rosebrook, Ph.D., is an acclaimed editor, writer and historian of the American West. He is currently editor of True West magazine. A popular public speaker and podcast commentator, he serves on the boards of Sharlot Hall Museum, Western Heritage Center, CCHA, Homestead Foundation, Los Vaqueros de Farmacia and the Arizona History Convention. He is also a volunteer for Prescott Frontier Days/World's Oldest Rodeo. A featured contributor to the "Cowboy Up" podcast, he has also been a featured writer for Roundup Magazine, Arizona Highways, American Cowboy and Camera & Darkroom. He assisted his late father, Jeb Rosebrook, publish his memoir, "Junior Bonner: The Making of a Classic with Sam Peckinpah and Steve McQueen in the Summer of 1971," and is the author of "At Work in Arizona: The First 100 Years," for Alliance Bank of Arizona. He previously served as an assistant editor of Arizona Highways, editor of the William & Mary Alumni Magazine (a quarterly publication he helped create) and The Orme School Bulletin. He resides in Prescott, Ariz.
