Diana Porter

Diana Porter teaches various literacy courses, including Adolescent Literature and Resources, at Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond. She attributes her lifelong love of children’s/adolescent literature to her parents who read to her, modeled reading in the home, and valued education. While she has already shared her love of books with her own children, ten classes of fifth graders, and multiple teacher candidates, she is looking forward to the next “chapter” in her life in which she will embrace the opportunity to explore the world of books with her darling new grandson!
