Elizabeth Cobbs holds the Melbern G. Glasscock Chair in American History at Texas A&M University and a Research Fellow at Stanford’s Hoover Institution. She is the author of "The Hello Girls" and the new novel "The Hamilton Affair." An award-winning historian and novelist, Cobbs, brings unique and unexpected perspectives to our understanding of the past and present.
