Richard M. Schickel was the Senior Revenue Officer (tax collector) for the IRS for Southern Arizona. He retired after 33 years and wrote "IRS Whistleblower" as a call to action for taxpayers to demand change in the IRS. Then he co-authored "What to Do When the IRS is After You" with two IRS auditors. Both books help people with tax balances or who are under audit by the IRS. After retirement, Richard founded RMS Tax Consulting to help people in trouble with the IRS.
