Reed Karaim is a writer and journalist. He is the author of the novel “If Men Were Angels,” which was selected for the Barnes & Noble Discover Great New Writers series. His latest novel is "The Winter in Anna," a warm retrospective set in rural North Dakota. His writing has appeared in the Washington Post, Smithsonian, and American Scholar, among others. He is the author of short stories and poetry and has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize. He lives in Tucson with his family.
