New American Imaginations
How do we write stories — both fiction and non-fiction — that can not only reflect the challenging realities of today's world, but also create new and better possibilities for the future? Three debut authors reveal the inspirations and artistic aims behind their imaginative new books, leading to a discussion of what it means to write honestly and provocatively about American life in the twenty-first century.
