Mike Enfield is an ultra-endurance cyclist who lives and trains in Show Low, AZ. Enfield did not participate in team sports at a yound age, but in 2006, he set the Arizona East to West Cross State World Record by riding his bicycle 342.5 miles in 19 hours 46 minutes (an average speed of 17.3 mph including all stops). Enfield is currently training for the 2019 Tour Divide, a 2,750 mile mountain bike race that goes from Banff, Alberta in Canada to Antelope Wells, New Mexico in the United States. The Tour Divide is a self-supported bikepacking event that mostly follows the Adventure Cycling Association's Great Divide Mountain Bike Route.
