Sean Buvala

Sean Buvala has been engaged with storytelling and communication since 1986. He started his work by accidentally using active storytelling to convert a classroom of slightly (but comically) homicidal 8th-grade teenagers from angry kids to storytelling practitioners themselves. From then on, both the kids and Sean were sold on the influence of a great story.

He is the publisher at "The Small-Tooth-Dog Publishing Group LLC" in Tolleson, Arizona. In addition to helping other authors get their books out to the world, he is the author of many books including, "DaddyTeller: How to be a Hero to Your Kids and Teach Them What's Really Important by Telling Them One Simple Story at a Time;" "Apples for the Princess: A Fairytale About Kindness and Honesty;" "The Fox and the Crow: Art and Stories Inspired by Aesop;" "You Wake Up One Morning: A Kid's Prompted Journal for Creating Great Stories in Words and Art." His next book will be released in the Fall of 2019: "Maggots, Jackdaws and Magpies: Slightly Creepy Tales."
