Rampage: MacArthur and the Battle of Manila

American General Douglas MacArthur, driven from the Philippines at the beginning of World War II, famously vowed to return. James Scott, author of "Rampage," will explore the untold story of MacArthur's homecoming in 1945 — and the 29-day battle that destroyed Manila and resulted in the death of 100,000 civilians.
