Vegetarian Cooking, Kind Of


After running the celebrated and iconic Chez Panisse kitchen for more than two decades, Cal Peternell turned his attention to cookbook writing and was rewarded with the New York Times bestseller and IACP Cookbook Award-winner "Twelve Recipes." In his latest effort, Cal presents a charming, vegetable-focused book based around three flavor-boosting ingredients: almonds, anchovies, and pancetta. Cal will demonstrate simple and flexible recipes that taste the way we've always loved to eat: savory, satisfying, and vegetarian (kind of).
