Sequels and Spin-Offs in YA Literature

Trilogies and series have long been popular in YA literature. An interesting trend are books which take a minor character or world from one series to create a whole new series that is a spin-off of the original series. Three authors will talk about their use of sequels and spin-offs in their writing of fantasy.
