C. Benton is crazy about animals and spends a lot of her time thinking and writing about them. She has published short stories and nature essays featuring dogs, birds and other fun animals. Now that she has published "The Case of the Heirloom Diamonds," you may find her snooping around the streets of Tucson, interrogating dogs, hummingbirds and roadrunners in search of the next mystery for Boris and the gang.
