Recovery IS possible! Addiction CAN be defeated!

I lost 8 years of my life to an addiction that nearly destroyed me. I had lost all hope of ever being free, of ever being happy again. But despite every obstacle, I finally found the answer I needed. I was able to reclaim my life.

This book is my story of recovery, written as both poems and personal experiences shared. It is a book of regained hope and inspiration.
