Marc J. Gregson (he/him/his)


Marc J. Gregson attended the University of Utah, where he graduated cum laude and received his Bachelor of Arts in English teaching. Gregson's pursuit of learning has led him into the classroom, where he teaches middle school English. He believes in the power of words and that stories can unite people from all origins. "Sky's End" is his first novel for teens.

Dark fantasy invites readers to enter worlds where betrayals by those in power are balanced with strong relationships and even romance. Marc Gregson's "Sky's End" involves a kill-or-be-killed competition, while Jasmine Skye's Daughter of the Bone Forest" mixes political betrayal with loyalty and love, and Amelie Wen Zhao immerses readers into Chinese mythology as teens fight demon gods in "Dark Star Burning, Ash Falls White."

Meet a bunch of YA authors in 60 minutes and enter teen worlds of fantasy, mystery and complicated relationships. Each author will be seated at a table to talk with a small group about their newest book. Every eight minutes the authors will rotate to a new table in our version of author speed-dating.
