Cynthia Johnston is a best selling children’s book author and a strong believer in the power of reading for children as well as being read to.  

She has been an accomplished psychiatric nurse and counselor with years of experience in helping children, families and breast cancer survivors. Her compassion and expertise have helped countless individuals and families navigate difficult situations and find healing. In addition, Cynthia is a photographer in which she captures the beauty of the world around her. She loves to inspire both herself and others to appreciate the wonders of nature and the joy of creativity.

Cynthia is a proud resident of both Arizona and North Georgia, where she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is a lover of animals, great and small, and finds delight in all creatures.
