David Blumenthal


David Blumenthal, a leading expert on health and social policies in the United States, has served as a practicing physician, government and foundation leader, and author and professor throughout his distinguished career. He is the author of more than 300 books and scholarly publications, most recently “Whiplash: From the Battle for Obamacare to the War on Science.” In this book, Blumenthal and his co-author Professor James Morone examine the tumultuous decade following the enactment of the Affordable Care Act.
