Susan Meissner (she/her)


Susan Meissner is a USA Today bestselling author of historical fiction with a million books in the hands of readers and in eighteen languages. She is an author, speaker and writing workshop leader with a background in community journalism. Her novels include "When We Had Wings," "The Nature of Fragile Things," "The Last Year of the War" and the forthcoming "Only the Beautiful." Meissner lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and their yellow Lab, Winston.
