Oaxacan Cuisine: The Soul Food of Mexico

Often described as the "soul food" of Mexico, Oaxacan food is an essential part of any home cook's Mexican repertoire. Bricia Lopez is the chef-owner of Los Angeles restaurant Guelaguetza and the author of "Oaxaca." During this session, Lopez will demystify this regional Mexican cuisine and share her personal stories as part of a migrant family creating community in Los Angeles.
