New Nomination Form

The Tucson Festival of Books will be held on Saturday and Sunday March 14 and 15, 2026, in Tucson, Arizona. 

This form is for nominating Presenting Authors. Authors may self-nominate or be nominated by their publicist. 

Members of the public who do not officially represent an author should not complete this form to suggest authors. Instead, we invite you to contact the author or their representative to encourage them to consider Tucson Festival of Books in their book promotion plans.

Please read these instructions throughly before completing the form.

Presenting Authors have books published between January 1, 2025 and March 15, 2026 with a major U.S. publisher (for example: Hachette, HarperCollins, Macmillan, Penguin Random House, Scholastic, Simon & Schuster, W.W. Norton) or their imprints, or with small or University Press with an account with our official bookseller, the University of Arizona Campus Store. The store will sell all presenting author books during the festival.

If your book was published independently, through an author-supported publishing service, or via a print-on-demand or e-publishing platform, or if your book is distributed exclusively through wholesalers, please instead use our Indie Author application, available July 9.

We invite authors of Fiction (including genre fiction in the categories of Myster/Thriller, Romance, Sci-Fi/Fantasy, Children & Teens), Poetry, and non-ficition in the categories of Arts & Entertainment, Current Events, History/Biography, Memoir/Creative Non-fiction, Nature & Environment, Science/Technology/Medicine, Sports, True Crime and others. We do not feature textbooks, craft/how-to books, or religious tracts.

An asterisk (*) indicates a required field. Please fill in as much information as possible to expedite the nomination process.

Please Note: If you are a Publicist, please enter the author's email address in the field with that title and your email address in the Publicist email address field. We cannot accept nominations that do not include the author's unique email address. Both the Author and Publicist email addresses will receive our follow-up communications.

We cannot accept multiple entries tied to the same author email address via this form. Any subsequent entries tied to the author's email address will overwrite previous submissions. Publicists, please make authors you represent aware of your nominations.
