How to Reserve Fast Passes

If you are a Friend of the Festival, make sure you are logged in to your account to get passes; that way you will have all your passes connected to your account.

To reserve fast passes as a member of the public, please read the following information carefully:

You may reserve two seats per 24-hour period during the four days of Fast Passes for the General Public. 

A Fast Pass day starts at noon as follows:
* Monday March 9 from 12 noon through Tuesday at 11:59am
* Tuesday March 10 from 12 noon through Wednesday at 11:59am
* Wednesday March 11 at 12 noon through Thursday at 11:59am
* Thursday March 12 at 12 noon through Friday at 11:59am
Fast Passes closes at noon on Friday, March 13

The Fast Pass icon identifies those events that have Passes available.

Venues with free Fast Passes include:
* Student Union North Ballroom
* Student Union Gallagher Theater
* Koffler 204
* Integrated Learning Center 120

When you link to the schedule, click on the session title  (not the Pass icon). You will be taken to the session information. An event where a free Fast Pass is available has a blue link that reads "Make Fast Pass reservations."

Click and fill in your information. On the following page, you will see available sessions. Several events will be closed quickly when all available Fast Passes are taken; we reserve a percentage of seats for walk-ins the day of the program.

You may reserve a maximum of two Fast Passes per session.

A confirmation email will be sent to you with the Passes.

Important! When Fast Passes become available there are thousands of people using the system at the same time and it will slow down significantly. We ask for your patience. If you are unable to reserve the Passes you were hoping to get, we are unable to give you those seats through the office. We are also unable to mail you paper confirmations. All Fast Passes will arrive via the email you provide; make sure to check your junk mail/spam folder if they do not arrive in your inbox within 24 hours.
