The 2026 Author’s Table Dinner will be Friday, March 13. The event includes a cocktail reception and dinner to welcome select award-winning authors to Tucson.
Donors hosting tables will join event sponsors and award-winning presenting authors for an enjoyable evening celebrating the history of the Tucson Festival of Books.
If you have hosted a table before and would like to do so again, please follow the instructions in the invitation email to indicate your commitment to host a table again by December 31, 2025.
New to the popular Author’s Table Dinner? Please complete this inquiry or email sponsorships@tucsonfestivalofbooks.org and one of our volunteers will reach out to you to confirm availability and provide payment information.
As a table host, you will receive:
Book Club Patron ($7500+)
Table for 10 dinner guests
10 badges providing priority access to all Saturday and Sunday sessions in our most popular venues and 5 parking passes to the Second Street Garage
Donor acknowledgment on our website and in our dinner program.
Acknowledgment of your support of a venue (all sessions) within the online event schedule and in our digital apps.
A sign with your name in one of our panel venues recognizing your contribution.
Moderators will be asked to verbally recognize your support at sessions in the venue where your sign appears.
Chapter Patron ($5,000 and up)
