Young Author and Young Artist Contest Information!

(Mason Hashim, Grades 3 - 5)

If you are in Kindergarten through 12th grade and like to write or create art, join the Young Author / Young Artist competitions for the 2027 Tucson Festival of Books. Each winner will receive a prize bag including a $100 gift certificate to the UA Campus Store. Writing Submissions must be received by Friday, Jan 8, 2027 by 4:00 PM at the email address listed on the form.

Original artwork must be submitted for consideration in the Artist competition.  Submissions must be delivered by Thursday December 17, 2026 at 4:00 PM at Make Way for Books.
