Adrienne Celt

Jade Beall

Adrienne Celt is the author of two novels: "Invitation to a Bonfire" which was a June 2018 Indie Next Pick, and "The Daughters" which won the 2015 PEN Southwest Book Award for Fiction, as well as a collection of comics, "Apocalypse How? An Existential Bestiary." She was awarded a 2016 O. Henry Prize, and residencies at Jentel, Ragdale, and the Willapa Bay Artist-in-Residency Program. Her work has appeared in Esquire, The Paris Review daily, the Kenyon Review, Zyzzyva, Electric Literature, and elsewhere, and she draws a weekly comic at Adrienne was the Pima County Library Writer-in-Residence in 2016, and she lives in Tucson.
