Georgann Prochaska grew up in the Chicago area, studied literature at Illinois State University, and taught high school for thirty-four years. After retiring, she became a caregiver for her mother who had Alzheimer's Disease and discovered secret keepers. Georgann's two amateur sleuths (also grandmothers) solve murders set in small towns. "The Case of the Girl Who Didn't Smile" is listed in the top ten of Lascaux. "The Case of the Hound Who Didn't Stay" introduces a bloodhound. "The Case of the Ex Who Plotted Revenge" won second in the Royal Dragonfly Mysteries. "Murder Comes to the Vinyard" came out in 2018. Coming soon: "Murder Comes to Grindstone."
