Cathryn Castle

Cathryn Castle Garcia and her husband Capt. Gui Garcia are co-authors of "Ocean Metaphor: Unexpected Life Lessons from the Sea," featuring an artful collection of underwater images by the Garcias and a select group of award-winning artists.

Cathryn and Gui have spent most of their lives on or under the sea working as yacht crew and professional scuba instructors. In "Ocean Metaphor," they offer interesting facts about marine animals they’ve encountered and share insightful life lessons aimed at helping us all relate to the underwater world, and our own lives, in a deeper, more meaningful way.

Together they own, a multimedia production company specializing in wildlife and underwater film making and book publishing.
