Matthew Burgess
Matthew Burgess is an assistant professor at Brooklyn College. He is the author of two books for children: "Enormous Smallness: A Story of E. E. Cummings" and "The Unbudgeable Curmudgeon." Several more titles are forthcoming, including "Drawing on Walls: A Story of Keith Haring," "Make Meatballs Sing: The Life and Art of Corita Kent" and "The Bear and The Moon." Matthew has taught creative writing in NYC public schools for over 15 years, and he recently edited a new collection titled "Spellbound: The Art of Teaching Poetry."
