Forced Journeys: A Search for Refuge

The difficult and dangerous forced journeys of refugees in different times and places connect these three authors. Margarita Engle has written many books about Cuba including Tropical Secrets, while N. H. Senzai's most recent book is "Escape from Aleppo." Alan Gratz's book, "Refugee," connects all of these books as his story moves across refugee experiences in Cuba and Syria.
