Andrea Casteel Smith has worked 14 years in the ministry of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel before becoming the Chief Operations Officer of 7 charter schools and 3 charters in the state of Arizona. Andrea is the Founder of the movement Scarred Beautiful, inspired by her published book, she has continued to change lives with over 25,000 followers on her Facebook Business Page with a reach of over 400,000 every month. Scarred Beautiful extends its message on Twitter, Intagram and Pinterest. The book, "Scarred Beautiful," a memoir published in 2014, hit publishers top 10 list in its first two weeks. Andrea continues to share her message with an ever growing audience, while helping thousands of people through her blogs every day.
