She has photographed the changing seasons at the Japanese Garden in Chicago’s Jackson Park, and created photo diaries of daily life at several Chicago Public Schools.
Sandra is a silver gelatin master printer and along with colleague Ron Gordon, made the exhibition prints from a collection of Vivian Maier’s acclaimed, historic images, seen around the world.
Her work has been featured in several galleries including the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery, the Chicago Cultural Center and at the University of Illinois. Her photos appeared in the CNN national docuseries, Chicagoland, and were published on Patagonia’s blog, The Cleanest Line, in the Smithsonian Magazine and the NY Times.
