Georgann Prochaska


Georgann Prochaska grew up in the Chicago area, studied literature at Illinois State University and taught high school for 34 years. She has written five mystery novels. Her two fictional grandmother sleuths, along with a Vietnam veteran and a bloodhound, solve cold cases in small towns filled with secrets. "The Case of the Girl Who Didn't Smile" received recognition from Lascaux in 2016. "The Case of the Ex Who Plotted Revenge," the third of the series, won second place in the Royal Dragonfly Mysteries. "Murder Comes to Grindstone" is her most recent novel.
