Laura Barnes

Laura Barnes is a progressive poet and author of "Women's March on Washington and Other Poems." Her contemporary poetry is jam-packed full of astute and witty observations. Originally from England, Barnes is a passionate educator with a career spanning three decades and three continents. She currently lives in Arizona with her husband, son and dog, Snowy. She fights procrastination valiantly and somehow manages to teach, doodle and write poetry while happily pottering about at home in her pajamas.
