Kate Leahy is a food writer and IACP award-wining author. She grew up in California and learned how to cook and bake in restaurants throughout the country before turning toward journalism. Her most recent book, "Lavash," with co-authors Ara Zada and John Lee, celebrates Armenia's favorite flatbread. She lives in San Francisco.
