Anna North is the author of four novels, including "Outlawed," an instant New York Times bestseller and Reese's Book Club pick, and "Bog Queen," a National Book Foundation Science and Literature Selected Title.

North, who lives in Brooklyn, is also a senior correspondent at Vox.
