Kwei Quartey is a crime fiction writer in Pasadena, CA. His Darko Dawson and Emma Djan Investigations series are set in Ghana, where Kwei was born to a Ghanaian father and a Black American mother. Kwei Quartey’s latest Emma Djan novel, "The Whitewashed Tombs," was released on September 3, 2024.
