Mary Lou Forier

M.L. Forier is an emerging author. "TALLAK! immigrant" is M.L.'s first book, after lots of writing that comes with managing a law firm, a church and running her own consulting service. Now retired, her love of road trips, history and family called for writing and research about immigration and becoming an American. Your family is here too, the eras may change but immigration issues and challenges remain the same.

Forier, living in the desert of Tucson, Ariz. with her adorable husband, writes and then drives off to all places where her 1846 immigrant ancestors strode, sailed or wagon-rode. "TALLAK! immigrant" emerged. A bonus for this author: in the month the book was published, her first great-grandchild was born, and his parents blessed him with the middle name of "Tallak."
