Caryl Crowell

Caryl Crowell is a retired educator with 41 years of experience in primary classrooms. She holds a Masters degree in Bilingual Education and an Education Specialist degree in Reading with a focus on Language and Literacy. Caryl worked successfully with readers at all levels through intentional teaching of reading strategies and one-on-one conferencing with readers using Over-the-Shoulder Miscue Analysis and Literature Study.  She also taught Reading and Language Arts Methods to University of Arizona students in the Initial Teaching Preparation Program for three years.
