Eric Paul Shaffer is author of eight poetry volumes, including "Green Leaves: Selected & New Poems" (2023), greatest hits from 35 years of lit; "Even Further West" (2018), poems from two Hawaiian islands; "A Million-Dollar Bill" (2016), re-appearing in 2024 from Coyote Arts, “keep the change!”; and "Lāhaina Noon," poems from upcountry Maui. "Free Speech," containing two poem sequences, "Road Sign Suite and Restoring Lady Liberty," will appear in 2025 from Coyote Arts. "Second Nature," his next poetry book, is under construction. Eric has published more than six hundred poems in thirteen countries and teaches at Honolulu Community College.
