She owns Red Bread Bakery near her home in Los Angeles, California. Her book is "Bread and Roses: 100+ Grain Forward Recepies featuring Global Ingredients and Botanicals."

Los Angeles-based baker Rose Wilde is responsible for some of the best bread and pastry programs in the city, and she has just published her love letter to global grains. "Bread and Roses" is a book chock-full of sweet and savory recipes that will expand your palate and your pantry with mouthwatering results. In this demonstration Rose will teach us her favorite brown-flour bakes, discuss flavor differences between types of ancient grains, and offer field-tested advice for creating unique, whole-grain treats at home.
