Tucson Festival of Books

Sheena Sharma

Sheena Sharma is a pediatric nephrologist based in Phoenix, but she has always dreamed of writing since childhood.  Her second children's book, "Saanvi's Bad Day" focuses on how grown-ups can have bad days too, and provides tips for overcoming challenging moments that both children and adults can use.  She credits her two young children as a source of inspiration, and her husband for his unwavering support.  In her free time she enjoys reading autobiographies and historical fiction, running and baking.
