Chef Rogelio Garcia achieved Michelin stars at Auro in both 2023 and 2024. Known for his innovative approach to Mexican cuisine, Garcia seamlessly blends his rich heritage with Napa Valley’s seasonal bounty. His artistry was further recognized as he competed on Top Chef Season 15 and earned the distinction of being a semifinalist for Best Chef: California from the James Beard Foundation. Garcia's debut cookbook, "Convivir: Modern Mexican Cuisine in California’s Wine Country," is a deeply personal collection of more than 150 recipes.
