Ellen B. O’Brien is a longtime Tucson resident who writes spicy romance novels with heat, heart, humor and run-on sentences galore. Her first novel "Monsoon," a contemporary fantasy romance set in 2023 Tucson, began serial publication on Kindle Vella in 2024 and was released as a complete e-book in July 2025. When not writing, she is a graphic designer, freelance artist and film student at Pima Community College, where she has also recently learned to weld, if not especially well. She is proud to have single-mommed three children to kind, clever, sarcastic adulthood.
