Joan Fernandez is an historical fiction author, speaker and former senior marketing executive dedicated to elevating the overlooked stories of courageous women who shaped history. Her debut novel, "Saving Vincent: A Novel of Jo van Gogh," tells the remarkable true story of Jo van Gogh, Theo van Gogh's widow, an intuitive art dealer who safeguarded her brother-in-law Vincent’s legacy and helped elevate him to icon status. She also authored “A Parisian Daughter,” featured in the anthology Feisty Deeds: Historical Fictions of Daring Women.
