Mariah Fredericks


Mariah Fredericks is the author of the Jane Prescott mystery series, set in 1910s New York, and has twice been nominated for the Mary Higgins Clark Award. She graduated from Vassar College with a degree in history and was the head copywriter for Book of the Month Club. Her historical standalone, "The Lindbergh Nanny," was nominated for the 2023 Anthony and Agatha, as well as the Macavity Sue Feder Memorial Award. Her latest historical mystery, "The Girl in the Green Dress," was released last September.

Awards: I have been nominated for the Edgar and the Macavity.
