Tucson Festival of Books

Alice L Benson (She/Her)

Alice Benson lives in Wisconsin with her wife and their dog. She recently retired from a job in a human services field; previously she spent over thirteen years working with a domestic violence program. Her short work has appeared in a variety of publications. Benson's novels feature, "Her Life is Showing" about domestic violence, and "A Year in Her Life," delving into a woman's turbulent year of finding love. Recently, she collaborated with her granddaughter, Greta, to write a middle-grade novel, "Trapped in a Tablet," published last summer.
