A book festival regular since she debuted with "The Bookshop of Yesterdays" in 2018, Amy Meyerson returns with her fourth novel: "The Water Lies." Her work has been translated into 11 languages and appeared on a number of best of lists, including Good Morning America and Publishers Weekly....

Nick Petrie received his MFA in fiction from the University of Washington and won a Hopwood Award for short fiction while attending the University of Michigan. His first novel, "The Drifter," won the ITW Thriller and Barry Awards, and was nominated for the Edgar, Anthony, and Hammett Awards....

Matthew Quirk studied history and literature at Harvard College. After graduation, he spent five years at The Atlantic reporting on crime, private military contractors, terrorism prosecutions, and international gangs....
