The Jewish Culinary Canon

Heralded as the first true fusion cuisine, Jewish cooking reflects the changing geographies and ingredients of its cooks. Food writer and cookbook author Leah Koenig has assembled the ultimate homage to the Jewish culinary canon and presents more than 400 recipes from her highly-acclaimed "Jewish Cookbook." She will present a selection of these recipes and introduce audience members to Jewish traditions and flavors from the world over.
