James Beard Award winner and Top Chef contestant Justin Devillier is the chef-owner of two nationally-acclaimed restaurants in New Orleans and the author of "The New Orleans Kitchen." In this cooking demonstration and conversation, Justin will exhibit classic recipes with modern techniques for one of America's greatest regional food cultures.
