3rd Decade

3rd Decade is a nonprofit dedicated to changing financial futures forever. We provide young adults ages 18–35 with free financial education, two years of one-on-one mentorship, and a $250 Roth IRA award upon program completion. Our virtual program empowers participants to take control of their finances, build long-term stability, and break cycles of financial insecurity. Since our founding, we’ve supported thousands of individuals, many from underserved and first-generation communities, by equipping them with the tools, confidence, and support needed to thrive.
